How do I check my loan status?
Log into the customer portal to view your loan balance, payment schedule and documents at any time.
I'm struggling with repayments.

I haven't heard back about my application.

How do I make a complaint?
Email us at hello@breezyloans.net.au with "Complaint" in the subject line. We follow a formal Internal Dispute Resolution process and respond within 14 days. If unresolved, you may escalate to AFCA.
